If you stay at the Executive Inn, daily entry to Parliament is included for the guys (Special event weekends may not be included). Smoking in a room is subject to a $250 Fee. Early Departures There are No Refunds for early departures (for multi-night required stays).  Cancellation Policy Non-Event (Standard Weekdays/Weekends) Cancellation made by midnight more than two days prior to arrival - Refund less a $5 Administrative Fee Cancellation made by midnight less than two days prior to arrival - Refund less a $15 Administrative Fee Holidays or Special Events (See Each Specific Event in the rate section below) See Cancellation block in the sections below. Some Specific Events may require other cancellation times. Please see specific events below. No Shows If you have not arrived by 6:00am the day following your reservation date, you are considered a “No Show” and are charged for first full night plus taxes and the remainder of your reservation is cancelled. Late Arrivals Please inform the resort if you will arrive late (after 9pm). If we have not heard from you and you do not arrive by 6am the morning following your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit. Holiday/Special Event/Minimum-Night Required Stay – Reservations If you have booked a minimum-night-required stay and know you cannot arrive for the first night, you will need to pay for ALL of the required nights in advance (at the time the reservation is made) to hold your reservation for the stay.  Ex. A holiday or special event requires a minimum-night stay, but you cannot be here all of the nights.  If you want book the reservation, you must pay for all the required nights in advance (at the time the reservation is made) to secure the reservation.   Metropolis Property Maps Pet Policy Check-In/Out Times Check-In time is 2pm or after. Prior to 2pm, if your room is available, you can checkin early up to 10am for an additional fee. Any check-in prior to 8am is considered an additional day.
